BUDZ Camacho stretched the lead in the third quarter and finished with 33 points during last Monday’s game at the Gualo Rai Basketball Court and Salbahe remains undefeated in the Miller Lite Invitational Basketball Tournament.

The game started tight as Grillin’s Leo Pagarao launched the stunning attack and despite Marlon Sison’s three-point opener, Salbahe paced behind in the first quarter until Camacho connected a three-point play for their one-point lead over the Grillin.

With Pagarao and Camacho went on with their show down, the game remained neck-to-neck in the second quarter. Camacho led Salbahe’s first half with 21 points while Pagarao poured in 15 points for Grillin.

Salbahe put clamps on Grillin’s defense leaving Pagarao no space to keep his scoring surge in the third quarter. Pagarao did not score in the last to period of the game.

Camacho on the other hand sizzled with 11 points at this period and Salbahe pulled away with J. Tengco adding six of his 14 points.

During the fourth quarter, R. Concepcion picked up where Camacho left off firing eight markers to help keep Salbahe’s lead wide open.

J. Siriban, J. Woodson and A. Hernaez added four points apiece in the final quarter to help secure their 100-78 victory.

Roy Hernandez scored the highest points with 21 baskets while Ritual and Pagarao added 19 and 15 points respectively for Grillin.
