Trench Warz 13: Vengeance set on Oct. 29

Trench Warz 13: Vengeance is set to go down on Oct. 29 at Saipan World Resort’s Royal Taga Hall Ballroom.
In addition to an awesome 12-bout mixed martial arts card, “Vengeance” will be in the spirit of Halloween with a theme labeled "Fight Night-Fright Night," where prizes will be awarded to the scariest and sexiest costumes.
What's more, in light of the ailing economy and seemingly unending payless paydays, ticket prices for Trench Warz 13 will be just $25 for all seats, according to Trench Tech Promotions president Cuki Alvarez.
The main event of the night features a revenge match between Guam's Ryan "The Dentist" Urquizu and Saipan's very own Giovanni "Palaxi" Sablan.
Urquizu lost his first encounter with Sablan in 2007 at Preba Hao 10 on Guam via technical knockout in the third round of their main event match up.
The Guamanian now vows to revenge his loss against Sablan come October.
Also confirmed is a USA vs. Japan match in the 160-lb division between American J.J. Ambrose, who appeared on the UFC preliminaries of The Ultimate Fighter, and Japanese fighter Masakazu Taguchi.
“Ten other bouts are being set up and will be available soon. Stay tuned for details on the fight card,” said Alvarez.
In related news, Trench Tech Promotions is currently looking for an opponent for first-time MMA female competitor Niana Dela Cruz.
Dela Cruz is 18 years old and weighs 135 lbs. If anyone is interested, call Alvarez at 483-4662.
Credentials require that she must be at least 18 years old, preferably also a first-timer and matches the weight of Dela Cruz.
